Best Buy is offering a promotion that will give users a chance to bring in an old working iPhone and upgrade to a new iPhone 5s for free. The deal lasts through Sunday, May 11.
Customers can bring in any working iPhone and get a $200 minimum guaranteed credit for their trade-in, which could then be applied to a new iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c.
On top of that, there are also additional promotions going on for Sprint and Verizon subscribers. Those customers who bring in a working iPhone 4s or iPhone 5 could walk out with a new iPhone 5s and either a $50 or $100 Best Buy gift card on top of their trade in.
Best Buy details how the promotion breaks down:
- Trade in a working iPhone 5 and get a guaranteed minimum $200 Best Buy gift card – that makes the iPhone 5s 16GB free on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless.
- If it's a iPhone 4s, get a guaranteed minimum $150 gift card – that makes the iPhone 5s 16GB free on Sprint and Verizon and $49.99 on AT&T.
- Trade in the iPhone 4 and get a guaranteed minimum $100 gift card – that makes the iPhone 5s 16GB free on Sprint and Verizon and $99.99 on AT&T.
Additionally, the 32 and 64 GB models of the iPhone 5s on Sprint and Verizon are also discounted so if you're interested in more storage, you can score a pretty sweet deal with the trade-in promotion at this time.
