If you have been keeping track of the iPhone 6 over the last month you will already know what the handset looks like. However, so far the production line demos and unfinished devices have not done the new iPhone justice, but perhaps these new render will. Certainly, if the iPhone 6 arrives looking like this then it will be arguably the most impressive looking smartphone on the market and not just the most popular.
Up until now, the most we have seen in a physical sense regarding the iPhone 6 is components, like a back plate or screen surround. Several leaked design schematics and dummy devices have given us a very good idea what the finished product will look like, but let's just say they have lacked Apple's usual je ne sais quoi. So much so that I have been critical of the iPhone 6 and how it looks, but have also been willing to give it the benefit of the doubt until seeing the finished article.
Indeed, thanks to designer Sahanan Yogarasa and YouTube user ConceptsiPhone we all have a better idea of what the iPhone 6 will look like. Needless to say, it looks stunning, which proves me wrong. Yogarasa took the information we know from leaks, schematics, and production demos and put the kind of professional touches we may expect from Cupertino.
The result is an in-depth look at what the iPhone 6 will probably look like, or at least close enough that the discrepancies are small. For example, the 6 is unlikely to have the two white plastic strips on the back plate as they are merely included in leaks as markers for production. Elsewhere there will be no red version of the new iPhone and probably not a black one either, but as you can see we are scraping the barrel already.
So while this may not be 100% accurate, we think this is close to what the iPhone 6 will actually look like and if that is the case we absolutely cannot wait to see the new handset. This is shaping up to be a gorgeous smartphone and when the biggest launch of the year takes place we think there will be plenty of praise for the iPhone 6.
