Apple Watch To Hit Shops In March 2015

It's the start of 2015 and already we have some Apple news to share. It looks like there will be an early 2015 release date for the much anticipated Apple Watch. As yet there isn't an official date but we are really excited about Apple's first wearable product becoming a reality very soon. Apple recently gave some of their international customers a belated Christmas gift by adding some European countries to the list that will receive the Apple Watch early in the year.

Mark Gurman from 9to5Mac, who is usually very accurate with his information and who seems to get the inside scoop, has claimed that the Apple watch is going to go on sale in March. He also stated that retail staff are going to be getting training on the new product during the month of February, which let's face it, is just around the corner and a matter of weeks away.

Gurman has stated that March is the current release plan and that this could slip back. We suppose this is just his way of making sure he doesn't receive any backlash if he gets the date wrong. It really is very close to the release date and with logistics, training and marketing all needed to be set up for a product launch such as this, we really hope that Apple can pull if off. Of course, as we already know, if Apple says they will launch the Apple Watch in March then they will do just that.

The first quarter of 2015 was said to have been the expected launch timescale for the Apple Watch, and March fits in well with this. Whether all markets will receive the watch at the same time remains to be seen. We also don't know if all the models will launch at the same time either. We should have a better idea of all the details as the weeks pass by and more and more information is released but until then, we can all start to get very exciting about having the new smartwatch designed by Apple. Will you be buying one? What are you most looking forward to? Do let us know in the comments below.
