Keynote for Mac: Using ProRes 4444 video

Symptoms

You might experience problems playing ProRes 4444 video containing alpha channel transparency in Keynote for Mac.

Resolution

Update to the latest versions of Keynote for Mac (v6.2 or later) and OS X Mavericks (v10.9.2 or later) to resolve this issue.

After updating to the latest versions of Keynote and OS X Mavericks, simply re-open the presentation containing the ProRes 4444 video to restore movie transparency.
