Elegy for a Dead World is a new game from Dejobaan Games and Popcannibal, and is now available for OS X. The game sends you to dead or abandoned planets, letting you tell their story.
Originally funded on Kickstarter, Elegy lets you tell the story of the dead planets you visit. You start floating in space, between portals to different worlds. Choosing a portal, you are given a writing prompt. These range from love letters between members of a long-dead race to the last speech a great emperor delivered to his subjects.
Elegy for a Dead World will normally be available on Steam for $14.99. However, customers that purchase before December 17 can get it for 10 percent off at $13.49.
