Mint adds Touch ID support, new way to give you the latest on your money

Personal finance app Mint has been updated to version 3.7, adding a new Updates section to the app. The Updates view gives you quick access to the latest activity from your account. Mint has also increased app security, adding support for Touch ID.

Mint Updates gives you a quick look at several key areas. You can track recent transactions, upcoming expenses in your budget, and more, and see any high spending alerts from the app. The cards Mint shows are contextual, with the most important or relevant information being surfaced first.

This update adds support for Touch ID. To activate, open the Settings panel in the app, and select Passcode. Enter a passcode, and Touch ID will automatically be activated on a compatible device. The next time you open the app, you'll be presented with the Touch ID popup.

Mint 3.7 is available for download now on the App Store.
