6Tracker.com will notify you when your local Apple Store has the iPhone 6.

With over 10 million of Apple's new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models sold in the first weekend alone, it's understandable that Apple Stores are facing supply issues. You could call the Apple Store every day to check on stock, or you can use a new website called 6Tracker to notify you either by email or text when your local store is back in stock with a specific model. We reached out the site's developer to ask how it all works. Here's their answer.

6Tracker scrapes the Apple website for Personal Pickup data for the zip codes people have submitted on the site. When there is a change in availability, it notifies the people who are signed up to receive notifications. 6Tracker currently notifies you about the three Apple Stores closest to you.

6Tracker is free to use. If you enjoy the service and want to pay it forward, a BitCoin donation link is included at the bottom the screen.
