Authy gets refreshed design, Touch ID support in latest update

Authy, the two-factor authentication app, has been update for iOS 8, adding support for Touch ID. Authy has also been redesigned, adding a quick bar to make it easier to get to your authorization keys.

The new design places a quick-access bar at the bottom of the screen, ridding itself of sidebar of the old design. The bar holds four accounts, and you can swipe up to reveal more rows with others. You can press and hold on an account to rearrange the order in which they appear.

Touch ID support allows you to secure Authy at a couple of levels. First, when you turn on the PIN code, you can elect to secure only the setting area, as before. However, you can also now choose to turn on Fingerprint Protection, bypassing the need to enter your PIN. You can also choose to protect the entire app with Touch ID.

Authy is available for download from the App Store right now.
